What questions could you ask about the statement of Rabbi Cruspedai? How would you challenge his point that good people are sealed for life and evil people are not? How would you resolve this challenge?
Food, water, shelter, and air are very relevant today because in other places like: Mexico, Israel and more have problems. The air is getting polluted, the water is dirty so like Mexico we can’t drink, they take food for granted they waste it instead of preserving it.
All of these things are necessities you need them to live and would die without it.
These four items (food, water, air, and shelter) are in fact very relevant today, because while there is always rain, and crops continue to grow, not everyone everywhere in the world has access to these resources. For us living here in Canada, water is everywhere, and very easy to find, but people living in places such as Mexico, and sometimes the United States, do not have that freedom. Food is also not available everywhere, and while air is technically everywhere, us humans have done a very bad job of preserving it, and it is therefore polluted. There are also homeless people out there, that have very little access to these four necessities, and it is up to us to make sure that they get what they need. I think that we are being judged based on how much of our own resources we are willing to give, and so the more you give the more you get.

These four items are important to survive the world and be a good person. If you judge your self and know what your doing wrong, you can be a good person, which is what you do on rosh Hashanah. Today, you can’t survive without those things such as food and water . When hurricanes were happening (Katrina, harvey) it was hard to gather food because of all the wreckage.
The three books are the book of wholly wicked, the book of wholly righteous, and the book of middling.
